Valley Of Waves Sun City

The Roaring Lagoon, the main highlight of Sun City's renowned water park, generates two-meter-high waves every 90 seconds. Enjoy body-surfing, thrilling rides, or relaxing under palm trees. The beach bar offers island cocktails and snacks, while a special area is designated for children. From mild to wild rides, the Valley of Waves caters to everyone. Water World Sun City

Sun City's Waterworld, open daily, is a hub for water sports on a man-made lake. Enjoy activities like parasailing, jet skiing, wakeboarding, and tube rides. Experience the thrill of tandem parasailing, receive waterskiing lessons from expert instructors, or enjoy group fun with tube rides for four and water snake rides for five. Family boats for lake cruising are also available.

Mphebatho Cultural Museum

Located in the Pilansberg National Park, the Mphebatho Cultural Museum was established in 1999 to safeguard and share the culture and traditions of the Bakgatla-Ba-Kgafela people. The museum, set in a 1930s schoolhouse adorned in traditional cow dung design, offers insight into the tribe's origins, cultural development, and the influence of Christianity and European materialism on their lifestyle. It features interesting artifacts and organizes African storytelling sessions in its traditional boma, as well as cultural activities and African cuisine for groups.
